Salty Bites

Salty Bites is a crispy, salty, and intensely aromatic spice blend inspired by the seeded bagel toppings of American baking tradition.

Garlic and onion form a distinct, appetizing base. The nutty character of sesame is layered with the distinctive sharpness of nigella seeds and the slightly woody taste of blue poppy seeds. Celery seeds add a grassy, refreshing, and slightly bitter depth to the blend.

Unlike finely ground spices, it doesn't disappear into the food; its seed-like structure leaves both flavor and a visible texture. Therefore, it reveals its character better, especially when sprinkled on top of recipes or used as a finishing touch during serving.

• Bagels, Simit, and Rolls: After brushing the dough with egg, milk, or water, you can sprinkle plenty of water on top.

• Egg Recipes: Can be added to omelets, scrambled eggs, menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with vegetables), and boiled eggs at the time of serving.
